    Whether you buy lifetime access or 1 year of access, you only make a single payment. There will not be a recurring charge.

  • What does “LIFETIME VIP ACCESS” mean?

    When your purchase lifetime access, you get every single course that we will ever make. As soon as you check out, you get instant access to all existing courses. You will also have new courses added every year to your Student Dashboard at no additional cost. You’re in for life!

  • What does “1 YEAR OF VIP ACCESS” mean?

    When your purchase 1 year of access, you get every single course in The Vault for the next 365 days. As soon as you check out, you get instant access to all existing courses. You will also get access to new courses added throughout your 1 year of membership as soon as they become available in your Student Dashboard at no additional cost. // When your purchased year of Vault VIP Membership has expired, you will lose access to your Student Dashboard and all progress logged within it. If you’d ever like to purchase another year of access, you can do so at any time after your current membership expires.

  • Can I buy a single, individual course?

    No. We do not offer individual course purchases. The only way to access our Vault content is to purchase VIP access to the entire library of video courses.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Because there are many free courses and free preview videos across this website (and due to the digital all-access nature of our membership), we do not issue refunds for any reason.

  • Will the price ever go up?

    YES…Every 4 to 12 months for the past 7 years, The Vault price increases as updates are made and more content is added. If you prefer to purchase 1 year of access at at time, it is likely the price will be higher by your second year. If you prefer to purchase lifetime access, you’ll automatically be buying at the lowest price.

  • How do I cancel my membership? (for ongoing subscriptions that started before March 2024)

    If you purchased an recurring payment subscription before March of 2024, you can cancel your membership or update your billing info at any time. Just select "My Account" from the dropdown menu at the top right of your student dashboard, and then select the "Billing" tab. // One you cancel, your VIP membership access will be revoked when the next renewal or billing date occurs and no payment is made. For example, if you end your subscription on Sept 1 and the next billing date is Sept 30, you will have access for 29 days and then lose access on Sept 30.
