A FREE COURSE TO GET YOU SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY USING BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION TRAINING

As a physique and strength coaching company, we are constantly adding tools to our toolbox that can help our athletes reach their goals intelligently and effectively.

Over the past decade, we have studied, implemented, and successfully used Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training with certain athletes as a way to enhance results using low load training, which has proven to be extremely valuable in a variety of situations.

While BFR is not a replacement for heavy training, it is a scientifically sound way to supplement our lifts when needed in order to continue, and sometimes improve, athletic progress.

In this course, our team's Injury Reduction and Management Specialist, Nick Licameli, will help you understand how, when, and why BFR works.
