Coach Brad Loomis has been diagnosed with spine disorders that usually require surgery for relief...How does he manage?

It may not be a common situation, but Brad has developed strategies and every day habits that keep him not only pain free, but able to compete at a high level in his chosen sport, powerlifting.

In this course you can learn about his diagnosis through x-ray imaging, anatomy of the "core", and the collective strategy in his ongoing battle with his disorders.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS COURSE IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE OR TREAT ANY ONE REGARDLESS OF ORIGIN EVEN IF IT'S THE EXACT SAME DIAGNOSIS OF COACH BRAD.
